Viewing Contacts
Contacts within Copper are linked to Clients and Projects, allowing you to quickly store and retrieve related contacts, and track related activities like other CRM software.
When a User creates a Task comment, they can nominate a related Client contact which in turn provides your team with a running commentary of work undertaken, sign-offs, sales calls, general meetings, and general phone calls.
