Why won't the Timeline work in Firefox or Safari in OS X With the latest Flash Player?
I am testing out Copper on an mac and cannot get the timeline to appear. The Flash Player abort script error dialog comes up. Any fixes? I have the latest player and have tested it in Firefox and Safari.

Inappropriate?Hi Tim,
Do you have start and finish dates for all your tasks/projects?
If you omit a start/end date, Flash doesn't have any way to plot a start/end date, and kind of divides by zero. We'll be implementing some kind of faded/crossed view of a task in a future release, but for now this will stop the issue from happening.

Inappropriate? Thanks Ben... maybe have flash check for data (start/end dates) then pop up a dialog asking the user to enter them. As it is, it just seems to be broken. Very discouraging. Thanks again for the prompt response, without it I would have dropped consideration of Copper.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? Thanks Tim, we have it on the roadmap as its something that people have come up against before.
The solution (rather than adding a new screen to enter end dates) will be to assume an end date that equals the start date, which will in turn show the task as a single day task, and allow the user to drag it out to the desired duration.
