default hours availability
Can I set a default hours per day & days of the week, or do I have to change it for every user?
The current default 12 hours per day isn't very realistic, albeit, one management might wish for.

Inappropriate?Yes this is available as a global setting (It is changed in the config file for each copper account, not settable in admin).
